This video came in my email today and I thought it was very interesting.
It was put together by The Ladders, an executive recruiting firm, and shows peoples reaction to $100,000 out in the open with no one to look over it. The only thing watching it is some hidden cameras.
I found people’s reactions fairly interesting. Some looked amazed, others casually look in, and some go further by appearing to want to break in and take the money.
The amazed are what got me…..Is $100,000 really that much money? Figuring that the average price of a home is much higher than this and that the average American will earn 18 times this amount in their lifetime, what kind of reaction should it warrant?
Is $100,000 a big enough amount of money that you would be swayed to do something you might normally consider taboo?
If you were to run across $100,000 that would be all yours to keep, what would you do with it?

Here are the simple facts that make up my existence..live in Nashville...avid Hockey fan (one step from face painting), father of a 6 year old (genius child- she takes after me..I mean my wife), husband (I'm pretty sure my wife would kick me out if she could figure out how), and "normal" Christian. That was interesting.
To see people stop and literally stare, mesmerized at it…that was something.
If I were to find a pile of cash like that, I would have to turn it in. I wouldn’t be able to sleep at night.
